In this edition we will have a double bill with the following performances:<\/p>\n

1\/FAUCES<\/p>\n

The double bassist Amanda Irarr\u00e1zabal and the violinist Miriam den Boer Salm\u00f3n are in
\nthe rich music scene of Mexico City. Fauces, their debut album that also gives the duo its name,
\nIt was recorded in Amsterdam and released in 2022 by the 577 Records label. They will be presenting their
\nalbum in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bwithin the framework of his European tour.
\nMiriam den Boer-Salm\u00f3n (NL\/MX) is a violinist from Amsterdam. Its multicultural origin is
\nreflects in a love for diversity. With improvisation as a base, it is currently part of
\ndiverse ensembles, moving between folklore to jazz and multidisciplinary performance.
\nHis recent projects include Ell Sol Quartet (CAT\/NL), 6.8kOhm (GR), Rabbit’s Eye (GR), No
\nHorns with Maya Felixbrodt, the duo \u0160kori\u0107\/Salmon and the duo presented here with Amanda
\nIrarrazabal.
\nFor her part, Amanda Irrarazabal is a double bassist, vocalist, improviser and composer.
\nChilean who bases her work on sound experimentation. He has recorded 15 albums with various
\nprojects starring musicians from different parts of the world such as Ratas Tr\u00edo with Ulra
\nD\u00edaz and Sebasti\u00e1n Carrasco (Ch), Los Piures (Mx) with Don Malfon, Carlos Alegre and Miguel
\nFrancisco, C\u00e1todo D\u00fao (Ch) with Ramiro Molina, in addition to his solo project called CAUDAL;
\na set composed of experimental compositions accompanied by double bass and synthesizers
\nmodular in a mix of song, poetry and free improvisation.

2\/ L’OCELL<\/p>\n

L’Ocell is a duo made up of \u00c0lex Reviriego (double bass) and Fernando Carrasco (guitar
\nacoustics). His music, freely improvised, seeks a sound close to what we could
\ncalled acoustic noise, modeling drones and primitive and cathartic soundscapes. Passages of
\ndark beauty, reminiscent of psych folk and early music, are interfered with and violated
\nby abrupt appearances of metallic sounds, chaotic percussions and amorphous noises. The oases of
\nharmony are degraded and destroyed like a construction abandoned to the implacable effects of the
\ntime and nature. They have published three albums, \u201cL&#39;Ocell\u201d (Absent Tapes, 2018), \u201cAbsents\u201d (Zona
\nWatusa, 2020) and \u201cEl Declivi\u201d (Tripticks Tapes, 2022), the latter with Ferran Fages as a guest.
