Constantly growing, the Sons en Causa archive contains high-quality soundscape recordings made by Carlos G\u00f3mez and Josep Manuel Berenguer at the head of different teams in places in Latin America where human activities have experienced a remarkable increase in recent times. Acoustic sampling along routes between the areas most affected by human noise and those further away could give an idea of \u200b\u200bwhat the soundscape was like in these contexts before human influence transformed it as societies were made increasingly complex.
